I have been immersed in an outdoor lifestyle since childhood. Growing up on the riverbanks in the Appalachian foothills of Tennessee, I spent my childhood playing outdoors among the vast trees, river rocks and rolling hills along the Cumberland River.

Being drawn to nature, I set out in adulthood to seek the answers to pure health and vitality, ultimately seeking Spirit and innately knowing that the answers lay within our realm.

Between the tangible and the timeless is where I create, gathering whispers from the stars and roots alike, weaving them into simple acts of healing and becoming. Those who wander near are reminded: the sacred was never far; it has only been waiting to be felt again.

Earth & Aether is where the practical meets the poetic — where wellness, artistry and Spirit are threads of the same weave. Through simple acts of care, intentional craft and gentle remembrance, I help others reconnect with what’s always been within reach: harmony among body, nature and the unseen that breathes through both.

My goal always has been and will be to harmonize with Earth to anchor within our own vessels the Aether.
